Bernd Herrmann

Bernd Herrmann currently serves as the Global CFO for the Product Service Division at TÜV SÜD, a role held since January 2019, overseeing a rapidly growing division that offers testing and certification services across various industries. Prior to this, Bernd held the position of Vice President Finance for Asia Pacific at CommScope, where responsibilities included leading a large finance team and focusing on internal controls and integration following the acquisition of BNS. Bernd's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Finance Director for TE Connectivity in Asia Pacific, leading a finance team across multiple countries, and functioning as Global Operations Finance Leader at Momentive, managing finance for 25 manufacturing plants globally. Earlier career achievements include roles at GE, where Bernd optimized inventory management and improved plant productivity, and at Johnson Controls, where Bernd played a key role in the start-up of a just-in-time manufacturing plant. Bernd holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
