Christian Kaufmann

Christian Kaufmann is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in information security and consulting. As the Owner and Senior Security Consultant at CHK-IT Security e.U. since September 2008, Christian has been actively involved in risk analysis and mitigation as the Group Chief Information Security Officer at ADX Energy Ltd. since March 2007. Expanding expertise in auditing, Christian serves as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor for both TÜV SÜD and CIS - Certification & Information Security Services GmbH and contributes as an NIS Auditor for CoreTEC IT Security Solutions GmbH. Academic contributions include a tenure at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien, where Christian held various leadership roles, including Program Director for the Master in IT-Security and Head of the Competence Center for Information Security. Christian holds multiple degrees from Technische Universität Wien and Fachhochschule Technikum Wien, encompassing Business Engineering, Computer Science, and Information and Communication Systems.
