Joseph Bader

Joseph Bader, PhD, currently serves as the Program Lead for Competence and Testing at TÜV SÜD, where responsibilities include leading the authorization of product reviewers and expanding medical device testing services. Previously held roles at TÜV SÜD include Senior Orthopaedic Product Specialist/Technical Certifier and Orthopedic Product Specialist/Medical Device Auditor, focusing on compliance with European medical device regulations and mentorship. Joseph Bader's earlier experience includes research positions at Equinext LLC, Zimmer Inc., and various academic institutions, where expertise in mechanical testing, biomechanical research, and orthopedic implant design was developed.
