Vanessa Gawenus

Vanessa Gawenus is a Senior UX Specialist and User Researcher at TÜV SÜD, with prior experience as a User Experience Specialist at schoene neue kinder GmbH from 2017 to September 2025. Vanessa has developed user-centered strategies and digital services for B2B clients, taking ownership of the Design Thinking process through research, strategy, concept, and testing. Vanessa has facilitated various workshops with international teams, conducted user research, designed digital touchpoints, and collaborated closely with stakeholders and development teams. Additionally, Vanessa has held roles in project management and has significant experience in PR, holding positions at Serviceplan Group and Sprachperlen GmbH. Vanessa earned a Bachelor of Arts in PR and Communications Management from Hochschule Mittweida and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication from Hochschule Fresenius für Wirtschaft und Medien.
