Fernando Alfaro has been working in various roles since 2011. fernando began their career as an Environmental, Heritage and Urban Planning Councillor for the Council of Naquera in 2011. In 2013, they became a freelance Landscape and Garden Designer. In 2014, they joined arvato Financial Solutions, Global F&A as a gCO Team Leader: SMB Ad Approval & Structured Snippets Projects - Google AdWords and a Content Analyst. In 2016, they became the Operations Lead, Manager at Majorel. In 2019, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at Fundsfy. In 2020, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Chronoexpert, an Organisational Development Community member at NOBL Collective, and an Advisor at Hello Demo. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Tuvalum and an Advisor and member of the Board of Advisors at Ufounders.

Fernando Alfaro completed a Master degree in Landscape and Garden Design at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Agricultural engineering from the same institution from 2004 to 2013. In 2009-2010, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Landscape architecture from Università degli Studi di Padova. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in GDPR Compliance: Essential Training from Lynda.com.
