Gemak Group consists of Gemak Tuzla Shipyard (established in 1969), Gemak TGE Shipyard (acquired in 2000), Gemak Neta Steel & Pipe Fabrication Yard (established in 2008) and Gemak Altinova Yard (established in 2013) and continues to provide services for dry-docking, ship repair & conversion, offshore - oil&gas and new ship building as the most competitive shipyard in the Mediterranean. The Group strives to bring benefit to its clients by combining strengths generated by involvement in these main activites.

Gemak Group even thrived more by a significant involvement in massive steel construction activities, started by building steel shafts for Izmit Bay Bridge and continued by landing prestigious contract for fabrication of steel decks for 3rd Bosphorus Bridge. While executing these projects, Gemak has upgraded existing and also developed new facilities and technology that has profiled the Group as a leading fabricator of high quality large steel constructions in the wider region.

In line with Gemak Group's diversification strategy, Group is also providing its services for Offshore and Onshore Construction works and has already completed significant number of modification and repair projects of Offshore vessels and rigs. Group will continue to take an increasing role in construction of Offshore Platforms and Vessels, Topsides, Modules and Jackets in very close future.
