Duong Thuy Cao, PMP® has a diverse work experience. Duong Thuy began their career in 2012 as a Cashier at Sun & Ski Sports and a Hooters Girl at Hooters of America. In 2016, they worked as an Eye Bank Specialist and Eye Bank Recovery Technician at Lions Eye Bank of Texas at Baylor College of Medicine. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Lonza as a Program Management Level II, Cell and Gene Therapy, Program Management, Cell and Gene Therapy, MSAT Cell Therapy and Viral Vector Process Technical Writer III, and MSAT Cell Therapy and Viral Vector Process Technical Writer II. Duong Thuy also served as a Cell Therapy Core Technician. In 2021, they became the Owner of Thuy Cao Visuals. Currently, they are working as a CMC Program Manager at Tvardi Therapeutics.

Duong Thuy Cao, PMP® obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology and a Minor in Biology from the University of Houston between 2012 and 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Lonza. In 2021, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute. Duong Thuy is also currently in the process of obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Lonza.
