Alexandr Severov

Alexandr Severov has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as the Head of AT at OAO "TVZ" and as the CIO of the IT department at Railway car-building works Tver, positions held since December 2002. Additionally, Alexandr has had academic involvement at Florida International University in the School of Computing and Information Sciences from April 2015 to September 2015. Alexandr graduated from Tver State University, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1993.
