Lisa Seelinger

Lisa Seelinger has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on human resources and talent management. Lisa currently holds the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at TVG Hospitality since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, People at Bergdorf Goodman from 2019 to 2021.

In 2019, Lisa was Head of People in multiple locations including NYC, London, and Amsterdam at Lore Group. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Bloomingdale's.

Before that, Lisa worked as an International Talent Management Consultant from 2014 to 2016. Lisa was also the Group Director of Human Resources at Maybourne Hotel Group, overseeing Claridge's, Connaught, and The Berkeley, from 2007 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Lisa held positions as the Director of Human Resources at Savoy Hotel from 2004 to 2007 and as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Trainer at Rezidor Hotel Group in London and Brussels from 2000 to 2004.

Lisa Seelinger has completed a certification in Executive Coaching and Organizational Coaching from New York University. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to their university education, Lisa attended Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, NY.
