Libby Allman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in operations, supply chain management, and business development. Libby has a strong background in the manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, and engineering sectors. Libby's most recent position was as the Vice President of Operations at TVH since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Worcester Investments, where they were responsible for leading the company's growth trajectory from $60 million to $1 billion by 2030. Libby also held several Vice President roles at Hallmark Cards, where they successfully implemented strategies to expand manufacturing capacity, reduce costs, and improve supply chain planning. Libby has a track record of driving organizational change, improving productivity, and building engaged teams. Before joining Hallmark Cards, Libby worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Management Consultant, and at Fike Corporation, where they started their career as a Process Improvement Manager.

Libby Allman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Libby also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Rockhurst University. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from William Jewell College.
