Florian Dumont

Florian Dumont is a seasoned professional in facility management with extensive experience in software implementation and project management. Currently serving as Zaakvoerder at Facilycus since November 2021, Florian provides support to facility managers in their search for and use of facility software, while also acting as an Odoo evangelist for general ERP projects. Prior to this role, Florian worked as a Facility Expert at TVH from September 2017, where key projects included the implementation of ServiceNow and Planon for facility automation and management. Florian's consultancy background at TOPdesk from October 2013 to September 2017 involved various service management projects for notable clients. Florian holds a Master's degree in Facility and Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven.'
