Hermien Wittouck

Hermien Wittouck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Organizational Development Manager and previously as Talent Development Specialist at TVH since May 2019, Hermien has a strong background in project management, having worked as a Project Manager at Syntra West from 2017 to May 2019, focusing on customized trainings and human resources management. Prior to that, Hermien coordinated projects and teams at Caritas International.be from 2011 to 2017 and provided adult education training at Kisp Volwassenenonderwijs. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Literature and Linguistics from Ghent University, a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from HOGENT, and a Teacher's degree from CVO Kisp. Additional certifications from QRP International and SBM further enhance Hermien's expertise in skills development for organizations and their members.
