Manou Jacobs

Manou Jacobs is a Talent Development Specialist at TVH since March 2023, with previous experience as an L&D Consultant at PaperPackSkills, where coordination of ESF projects focused on future training and competency checks occurred from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Manou served as a Customer Service Officer at Santander Bank, N.A. from October 2021 to February 2022, and as a Trainer/Coach at Vokans vzw, providing training and career counseling from August 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Flexi-Assistant at Fedasil from February 2020 to July 2020. Manou holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University and has completed postgraduate studies in Intercultural Work & Coaching.
