Mareike Reidick

Mareike Reidick is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Business Improvement Manager at TVH since January 2023, where responsibilities include project management of HR initiatives and collaboration within the Business Improvement Management community. Prior to TVH, Mareike spent nearly six years at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation, leading various HR transformation projects across industries, focusing on HR process design, operating model implementation, and workforce planning. Earlier roles include Consultant and Business Analyst in HR Transformation, as well as an internship at LRM NV, where Mareike developed a marketing and communication strategy, and positions in recruitment at Synergie Belgium and Siemens PLM Software. Mareike holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven and completed studies at Vlerick Business School.
