Peter Geiregat

Peter Geiregat currently serves as Chief People Officer and Chief Global Services at TVH since 2021, overseeing global HR responsibilities and leading change management initiatives. In addition, Peter is an Advisory Board Member at Ask Q and has held the position of Managing Director at Giant Steps since March 2013. Previously, Peter was Chief People Officer at Showpad from 2017 to 2021, where significant growth was achieved both in team size and revenue. Peter has also served in various HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Capital at Russell Reynolds Associates, HR Business Partner at AMI Semiconductor, and HR Manager at Loyens & Loeff. Peter's career began as an HR Consultant at Nicholson International and a Project Manager at Balkanactie. Peter holds several master's degrees from institutions including Ghent University and Vlerick Business School.
