Ye Li

Ye Li is an investment partner at TVision, a position they have held since July 2010. Prior to joining TVision, Ye Li was the director of software development at KGB Inc., a startup division within KGB developing cool web apps involving collective intelligence, data mining web and social content and personalized recommendations. Ye Li was also the director, online systems at Ask.com, responsible for the research and development of Ask.com's online systems group. Search engine ranking algorithm, relevance, vertical search technology, online system infrastructure. Before that, they were the director, broadband access R&D at UTStarcom, Inc., where they led the design and development of industry's first large-scale IP-based DSLAM (digital subscribe line multiplexer) systems. Product is the winner of SuperComm 2003’s SuperQuest award and earned No. 1 product rating in Heavy Reading’s IP-DSLAM Competitive Analysis. Ye Li started their career as a software engineer at Opencon Systems, Inc. in 1994 and was promoted to director and manager of software development in 1998.

Ye Li holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China and an MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
