Manik Mital

Manik Mital is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital lending and management. Currently serving as the Business Head - Digital Lending at TVS Credit Services Ltd. since January 2022, Manik oversees the P&L for a significant commercial lending portfolio and leads a diverse team of over 40 individuals across various functions. Prior to this role, Manik was the Founder & CEO of TractorGuru, a leading marketplace for tractors and farm machinery. Manik's background includes pivotal positions at Mahindra Rise, where the roles spanned Head of Tractorbaazi and Executive Assistant to the President of the Farm Equipment Sector, as well as a Sales Manager at John Deere, focusing on construction and forestry equipment. Manik's education includes an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
