Anitha Dhanasekaran

Anitha Dhanasekaran is an experienced professional in business development, currently serving as the Regional Business Development Head for Chennai at TVS Emerald since April 2022. Prior to this role, Anitha held the position of Senior Manager of Business Development at Brigade Group from March 2014 to March 2022, contributing significantly to the acquisition of over 250 acres in Bengaluru, amounting to approximately 30 million square feet of saleable built-up area. Anitha's expertise includes managing land enquiry databases, generating detailed property reports, and preparing presentations for review meetings. Anitha began the career as a Summer Intern at Salmon Leap Associates India Pvt. Ltd. in 2013, focusing on market assessments for affordable housing. Anitha holds a Postgraduate degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Jerusalem College of Engineering, Chennai.
