Justin Hughes is the current Associate Principal at TVS. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Coordinator at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from September 2010 to June 2012. In this role, they were responsible for purchasing and equipment coordination throughout NBC Universal at 30 Rockefeller Center. This included overseeing all purchases for the Engineering Department in support of production departments, coordinating camera workflows for live studio shows such as Dr. Oz and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, installing Avid Media Composer edit suites for in-house production company, Peacock Productions, and implementing cutting-edge remote control technology in studio cameras throughout Rockefeller Center. In total, Justin was responsible for purchases exceeding $15 million.
Before working at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Justin worked as a Development Executive at Warp Films Inc. from April 2017 to May 2020. In this role, they managed the film & television development slate for Hollywood producer Lucas Foster and supervised budgets, schedules and financial documents for projects in production. Justin also engaged with financiers and institutions to secure financing for productions, developed business plans and financial proformas to communicate long-term business strategies.
Justin Hughes has a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in Journalism and Media Studies.
