Gargi Vadhera

Gargi Vadhera is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in service delivery and technical deployment within the supply chain solutions industry. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Deployment and Maintenance Services for EU and RoW at TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe and as a Lead Service Delivery Manager at TVS RICO since April 2019, Gargi has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality client support. Prior experience at HCL Technologies spanned over 16 years, including roles such as Account Manager for HCL BPO, where Gargi managed high-profile telecom accounts and was responsible for P&L, as well as serving as Call Centre Manager and Team Manager, overseeing significant teams and complex operations. Gargi holds a B Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University.
