Steve Luthringer

Steve Luthringer has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve started their career in the US Army, where they served for over 20 years before retiring as a Major. After that, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert and Proposal Engineer at RTI International, providing consulting services on military and government communications systems.

Steve then joined CAE USA as a Proposal Engineer and Project Manager, where they managed and coordinated the development of proposal responses for defense acquisition contracts. Steve also worked as a consultant at VDCDS, focusing on government contracting opportunities and managing projects for simulation systems installation and maintenance.

In 2013, Steve became a Deployment Manager at Smart Link BPO Solutions, where they managed design, construction, and commissioning of wireless telephone networks in large facilities. Steve then joined SIGFOX as a US Deployment Manager, overseeing the national deployment of a wireless cellular network dedicated to low-throughput communication for connected objects and devices.

In 2016, Steve co-founded 5G Sites and served as the COO, responsible for the overall operations of the company. Currently, they are working at TVU Networks as the Director of Operations for Global Rentals and Manager for company data, overseeing operations for global rental equipment and data services for broadcasting networks worldwide.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated their expertise in project management, deployment, operations, and customer service within the telecommunications and technology sectors.

Steve Luthringer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technical Engineering at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1997 to 1998. In 1997, they attended the Combined Arms Services and Staff School but did not receive a degree. In 1996, they completed the US Army Signal Officer Advanced Course. Steve further pursued their education and earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2014 to 2015.
