The Banquet Operations Team at TWA Hotel ensures the seamless execution of events and banquets hosted in the iconic TWA Flight Center. This team coordinates all aspects of banquet service, from menu planning and preparation led by the Banquet Chef, to event setup, service, and teardown managed by the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain, and Banquet Attendants. They work together to provide exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service throughout each event.

Banquet Operations Team

The Guest Services Team at the TWA Hotel ensures an exceptional guest experience by managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and providing concierge services. Led by the Guest Services Manager, the team—including Customer Service Staff, Front Office Executives, and Front Desk Agents—strives to create a seamless and welcoming stay for all visitors.
