Michael McEnery

Michael McEnery is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in both deluxe boutique hotels and modern properties. Currently serving as Guest Services Manager at TWA Hotel since March 2022 and as Concierge at The Pod Capsule Hotel since January 2018, Michael has previously held various roles including Reservations Agent at The Bowery Hotel and Reservations Manager at The Cooper Square Hotel. Michael's career began at The Mercer, where Michael served as a Reservations Agent. With a strong background in guest services and reservations management, Michael seeks to contribute skills while continuing to learn and grow within a new company. Education was completed at Rockland Community College.
