Marc Hirshman

Marc Hirshman is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the specialty finance sector. Currently serving as President/Principal of Twain Financial Partners since January 2013, Marc oversees a firm with $4 billion in assets that supports real estate and renewable energy projects across the United States. Additionally, Marc holds the position of General Partner at the Spirit of St Louis Fund, focusing on seed stage investments in various technology startups since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Marc excelled in multiple senior positions at US Bank Community Development Corporation, where responsibilities included tax credit syndications and new business development. Marc's earlier career includes leadership as President of Sheffield Properties and roles in acquisitions at The Medve Group, Inc. Marc's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation and a Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
