Gabriela Rodriguez

Gabriela Rodriguez is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at TWB since November 2017, Gabriela is responsible for executing HR activities at the Silao plant, including recruitment and hiring of direct staff. Prior roles include Specialist in Administrative Human Resources at Grupo Andrea, managing personnel at the company's distribution center, and Generalist in Human Resources at Grupo de Ingeniería Capricornio, where responsibilities included operational recruiting, payroll management, and ISO compliance. Gabriela's career began at Universidad de Guanajuato, where administrative duties involved conducting graduate follow-up studies and data analysis to support academic restructuring. Gabriela holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad La Salle Bajío and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Resource Management from Universidad de Guanajuato.
