Steve Birchmeier

Steve Birchmeier has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve began their career in 1986 at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they held various roles such as Field Engineer, Hardware Installation Engineer, and Regional Manager. During this time, they focused on hardware installation, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction. From 1993 to 2007, Birchmeier became a Team Leader for Hardware Training, responsible for training a nationwide field service organization and the call center hardware team. Steve trained individuals on various operating systems including Windows, SGI Irix, Linux, and others. In 2007, they moved into a role as Supervisor of Corporate Training, where they managed the development and delivery of automotive dealership management systems training. This included updating training materials and systems for new software releases and deploying a distant learning environment lab. Birchmeier then transitioned to roles at TOP GUN SALES PERFORMANCE as an Instructional Designer, focusing on developing e-learning content for a sales and technical audience using Adobe e-learning Suite2. Lastly, from 2011 to 2015, they worked at Ascendum Solutions as an Instructional Designer. In May 2015, Birchmeier joined TWD & Associates, Inc. as a Courseware Developer, where they currently work.

Steve Birchmeier obtained their High School Diploma from Chesaning Union High School in 1980. Steve then pursued an Associate Arts degree in Computer Science from Seminole State College of Florida, completing it in 1982. In 1984, Steve attended CONTROL DATA INSTITUTE, where they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Computer Electronics in 1985.
