William Mullins started their work experience at the White House Communications Agency in 1987 as a Sergeant Major Operations. William then moved on to HCI Technologies, Inc in 1992, where they worked as the VP of Operations until 2007. In 2003, Mullins joined The White House as a Voice Services Manager. Lastly, Mullins worked at TWD as the Director of the Telecommunications Services Group.
William Mullins obtained their Master of Science degree in Systems Management from Capitol Technology University, where they pursued their education from 1993 to 1995.
