Latha Balakrishnan

Latha Balakrishnan has extensive experience in human resources. Latha started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Nealanders International Inc in 2009, where they managed payroll, benefits, disciplinary actions, and created work processes. In 2010, they joined TWD Technologies Ltd. as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support in various HR functions. From 2013 to 2018, Latha served as a Human Resources Manager at TWD Technologies Ltd., acting as an employee champion and change agent while providing senior-level HR advisory services. Latha currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at TWD Technologies Ltd., where they lead and manages the full range of HR functions globally.

Latha Balakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Western University.
