Alessandro Succodato

Alessandro Succodato has a diverse work experience. Alessandro started working as a Responsabile Informatico at Ministero della Difesa in 2003, where they were responsible for GEDIMM, Helpdesk & Systems Administration, and ICT purchasing. After that, they became an IT Consultant & Individual Company Owner at GPC from 2006 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Tweddle Group as a Systems Administrator and later became the Information Systems Manager. Currently, they are working as an IT Ops Manager at Tweddle Group Italia, where they supervise IT systems and infrastructure, monitors project progress, defines KPIs and metrics, ensures operational efficiency, manages technical issues, and oversees cybersecurity and GDPR compliance.

Alessandro obtained a degree in IT Management from SDA Bocconi in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued an Information Systems Specialization at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, which they completed in 2021. Alessandro also completed their high school education at I.I.S.S. "E.Fermi" with a focus on the National IT Plan.

In addition to their formal education, Alessandro has obtained several certifications. Alessandro earned the IT Management certification from SDA Bocconi in October 2022. Other certifications include the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022, Enterprise System Management and Security from the University of Colorado in December 2021, Analysis for Business Systems, Enterprise Systems, IS/IT Governance, and IT Infrastructure and Emerging Trends from the University of Minnesota in 2021. Alessandro also holds certifications in GDPR: IL NUOVO REGOLAMENTO EUROPEO (2016/679) from Life Learning in May 2021, Introduction to Service Management with ITIL 4 from Dion Training Solutions in May 2021, and Learning ITIL and vSphere 6.7 Foundations: Configuration and Installation from LinkedIn in 2020.
