Gijs V. started their work experience at EY in 2011 as a Junior Staff and worked their way up through various roles including Staff, Senior Staff, and Jr. Manager. Gijs was responsible for operational excellence and engagement economics in the (group) audit, planning and monitoring the audit process, as well as supervising, coaching, and developing junior members of staff within engagement teams. In 2020, Gijs V. joined Twelve as a Financial Controller. Gijs then progressed to Director Finance and currently holds the position of CFO.
Gijs V. pursued their education starting in 2004 at Comenius College Capelle aan den IJssel, where they completed their VWO with a specialization in Economie en Maatschappij in 2011. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2015, Gijs attended Nyenrode Business University, acquiring their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accountancy. Gijs then decided to further their studies at the same institution, Nyenrode Business Universiteit, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree, although the specific field of study is not provided. Later, from 2018 to 2019, Gijs attended Nyenrode Business University once more, completing a Post Master program in Accountancy.

Wij hebben een topsportmentaliteit. Daarnaast staat het symbool voor het teamgevoel binnen het bedrijf. Onze missie is om ondernemers, organisatoren en bestuurders te helpen om van hun initiatieven een groot succes te maken.
