Gina Chang

Gina Chang currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Twelve, starting in April 2024. Previously, Gina held multiple roles at Tibi between October 2016 and September 2025, including Finance and Technology Consultant, CFO, and VP of Business Engineering & Technology. Additionally, Gina has been an Advisor at OBC Associates since November 2019, focusing on enhancing profitability through data and technology solutions for the fashion industry. As a co-founder of Recleau, Gina helped develop a web3 technology platform integrating blockchain gaming and utility NFTs. Gina's experience includes an interim CFO role at Adam Lippes, where financial operations were significantly improved, and a Director of Business Planning and Financial Analysis position at Alexander Wang, which involved comprehensive financial and operational oversight. Gina began a career as a Senior Accountant at Earnest Sewn and holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
