Laura Suter

Laura Suter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura is currently working as the Product & Design Director at Twenty Ideas since April 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Design Manager, Member Experience at Cambia Health Solutions from June 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Cambia Health Solutions, Laura held various roles at CBT Nuggets from May 2017 to May 2021. Laura served as the Head of Design & Marketing Operations from August 2018 to May 2021, Marketing Operations Manager from May 2017 to August 2018, Project Manager from October 2016 to May 2017, and UX Designer/Design Lead from February 2012 to October 2016.

In 2011, Laura worked as a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Monaco RV. Prior to that, they were a Collaborative Media Manager at Chambers Communications from March 2005 to January 2011. Laura began their career as an Art Director at Body, Mind & Spirit Expo from July 2003 to March 2005.

Laura Suter attended the University of Oregon from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Practitioner of Human Centered Design from the LUMA Institute in August 2021. Laura also obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in January 2019 and the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from the same institution in July 2017.
