Michael Fitoussi

Michael Fitoussi has been working in the recruitment industry since 2011. Michael began their career at Huxley Banking & Financial Services, where they held various roles, including Lead Recruiter / Sales Team Manager, Head of IT Banking Contracts, Associate Director, and Director - Head of Sales and Contract Recruitment. In 2017, they joined Progressive GE as the Director - Head of Midwest Sales, Recruitment, and Operations. In this role, they managed a team of Vertical Market Experts, working to deliver employment solutions to the Midwest US Utility Power market. In 2018, they took on the role of Managing Director at twentyAI, where they are responsible for the Sales, Recruitment, and Operations across the US. Michael also serves on twentyAI's Global Board, focused on the planning and execution of strategic growth plans across the US and Europe.

Michael Fitoussi attended Milton Academy from 2004 to 2006 and then went on to Tufts University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in English in 2010.
