Maddy Plant is a TikTok Specialist at Twenty Twenty Digital since December 2023, managing multiple TikTok Shops, including the prominent In The Style, and overseeing the creation and migration of these shops to the Shopline eCommerce platform. Previously, Maddy served as a Social Creator Specialist at THG from October 2020 to December 2023, managing nine TikTok accounts focused on Haircare, Cosmetics, and Skincare, and organizing influencer livestreams. Maddy also held the position of Social Media Executive at THG, handling daily social media operations for Illamasqua and Eyeko. Prior experience includes a role in the Retail Customer Services (Social Media Team) at Marks and Spencer and a Digital Marketing Intern position at That's Their Business, where Maddy successfully increased followers by 200%. Maddy holds a Master of Science in Digital Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Performance from the University of Salford.
