Merlin Griffiths

Merlin Griffiths is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in bartending and brand management. Currently serving as a bartender for Channel 4's award-winning show First Dates since October 2014, Merlin also holds the position of Director at Greenhouse Pubs Limited, managing operations at the Priory Tavern since February 2010. Previous experience includes serving as a Global Brand Ambassador for Bombay Sapphire Gin at Bacardi Global Brands Limited, where responsibilities spanned across over 120 territories. Additionally, Merlin's expertise as a Beverage Specialist at Taj Hotels in India involved revitalizing bar operations and training staff. Merlin completed education at Pate's Grammar School between 1986 and 1991.
