In 2021, they began working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walmart, where they processed OTC orders, filled prescriptions, and completed all required documentation, sent prior authorizations to providers, and worked with insurance companies to get claims approved for medications, while providing excellent customer service. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Associate at Twentyeight Health.
