Nicolas Lutge has expertise in asset management and a significant background in real estate. Nicolas currently holds the position of Directeur Général Adjoint en charge de l'Asset Management Tertiaire at TWENTYTWO REAL ESTATE, where Nicolas manages a team of 9 individuals and 3 billion euros in assets under management. Prior to this, Nicolas was the Directeur Géneral Adjoint at Scaprim Asset Management, overseeing a team of 7 and the same amount of assets. With previous experience as a Senior Director at CBRE GI, Nicolas has been involved in managing pan-European funds worth 500 million euros. Nicolas holds a Master's degree from Essec + ESTP.
