April Rickord

April joined the team in March 2022 as the Regional Manager for the State of Iowa. April has been in property manager since 2011 managing properties in Illinois and Tennessee.  Prior to Property Management, April was in the Mortgage Finance Industry and held roles from Sales to Regional Operations Manager. April enjoys training and mentoring others for success as well as continually learning new things and expanding her own knowledge.
