He is a dynamic Talent Acquisition leader focused on building a strong talent brand to provide top talent for TWG Development. Utilizing tactical sourcing strategies, he is committed to delivering quality oriented solutions for Management, Construction, and Development positions from affordable housing to commercial real estate. A strategic, customer-oriented professional, Bob is committed to creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Prior to joining TWG, Bob had 24+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including nearly 7 years leading the Talent Attraction team of a National Electrical Contractor. He developed and implemented new recruiting methodologies and processes that ensured the company attracted quality personnel necessary to meet aggressive growth plans.
