Deborah Tillson

Deborah Tillson is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in community management, coaching, real estate, and educational program oversight. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Sunrise Management since January 2023, Deborah assists people in finding long-term rental homes and enhances resident services across multiple sites. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach for The Gratitude Plus Grit Project since 2019, Deborah facilitates workshops and provides one-on-one coaching to help individuals identify and leverage their natural strengths for improved team dynamics. Previous roles include Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Senior Advisor for Military Programs at Point Loma Nazarene University, and various administrative positions in educational and artistic environments. Deborah holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in California and has a formal education from Point Loma Nazarene University.
