Bridget Hilts

As Development Manager, Bridget Hilts joined TWG Development, LLC in 2019 to help oversee LIHTC developments in Georgia, Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, Ohio, Iowa, and Indiana. Her responsibilities include assisting on new constructions and acquisition/rehabs, managing the due diligence process, assembling tax credit applications, locating development opportunities, and creating relationships and processes to assist with communication between the company and outside vendors.

Prior to joining TWG, Bridget was the Marketing and IT Manager for RealAmerica Development, a developer of affordable housing. In this role, Bridget designed marketing materials; monitored and updated the company website and social media sites; planned grand openings, groundbreakings, staff events, and trainings; answered all media calls; and acted as liaison between third-party IT company and employees.

Bridget graduated from Ball State University in 2013 earning a B.S. in Marketing.
