Development Director at TWG Development

Jackson joined TWG in 2022 as a Development Director. Jackson focuses on both new construction and acquisition/rehab LIHTC developments in the Midwest, with his primary territories being Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. His responsibilities include site selection, due diligence, analyzing the financial feasibility of projects, coordinating development and financing structures, and working with state agencies to bring LIHTC projects to fruition.

Prior to his current role, Jackson has been involved in a variety of aspects of the real estate and LIHTC industries, including having experience previously working with TWG, as well as gaining experience at a national LIHTC syndicator and with a state housing agency. Most recently, Jackson worked at a law firm representing developers as a transactional real estate and tax attorney.

Jackson attended undergrad at Purdue University and subsequently graduated in 2020 from both IU McKinney School of Law cum laude, and the University of Indianapolis’s M.P.S. Real Estate Development program graduating as the top scholar in real estate development.
