John McClain

John McClain joined TWG in 2021 as a Development Associate and has moved into the role of a Development Associate within the Market Rate Development department. His responsibilities include sourcing new development opportunities, acquisitions & dispositions, underwriting, analyzing market data, coordinating development and financing structures, along with working with lenders, investors, and local municipalities.

John graduated from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business in 2021 with a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, and International Business.
