Karen Darrah, CAPS, HCCP, AHM, is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in affordable housing and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at TWG | Together, We Grow since October 2023, Karen previously held the same role at Greystone Property Management Corp. Affordable Housing from December 2017 to October 2023. Prior experience includes regional management positions at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. and Pedcor Homes Corp., and consultancy roles focusing on Yardi implementation and troubled asset consulting. Karen's extensive career in compliance and property management spans over two decades, with foundational experience gained at Associates Of Triangle and The Sterling Group. Educational qualifications include attendance at Perry Meridian High School from 1980 to 1984.
