Brandon Trotter

Brandon Trotter is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of MVNO OSS/BSS Operations at Twigby since July 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the architecture and performance of OSS/BSS systems and collaborating with third-party teams for system development. Previously, Brandon held the position of General Manager at HiBeam Internet & Voice from 2009 to 2011, leading customer service initiatives for a start-up 4G broadband provider. As Owner and General Manager of Electric Avenue, Inc. (an AT&T Wireless Agent) from 2002 to 2008, Brandon successfully exceeded sales targets, generating over $300,000 in the first year through effective strategy and customer referrals. Earlier experience includes serving as a Market Manager at SunCom Wireless - TeleCorp PCS from 2000 to 2002, managing the launch and operations of two wireless markets. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from McKendree University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Rend Lake College.
