Lotta Askerlund

Lotta Askerlund currently serves as the VP of Human Resources and a Board Member at YouCruit since July 2021 and June 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes the role of Global HR Director at BIMobject from September 2014 to September 2021, and Human Resources Manager at OPENLANE from March 2010 to April 2014. Lotta began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Analyst at Kaiser Permanente, assisting employees with benefits and retirement inquiries, and held the position of Sr. Manager Human Resources at AerCap, where management of HR functions during significant organizational change was a key responsibility. Lotta holds a BS in Business and Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
