Edith Nahapetyan

Edith Nahapetyan, MBA, CPA, serves as Vice President of SEC and Technical Accounting at Twilio, where responsibilities include leading initiatives for IPOs, follow-on offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and implementing first-year SOX 404 compliance. Prior to Twilio, Edith held the position of Controller at Trulia, managing SEC and technical accounting processes during significant follow-on and debt offerings, and overseeing post-merger restructuring. Edith's extensive audit experience includes roles at KPMG US, Lindquist, von Husen & Joyce, CPAs, and early career positions at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and The World Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA in Accounting from Golden Gate University and a BA in Foreign Languages and Literature from Yerevan State Institute of Foreign Languages.
