Jess Cohen

Jess Cohen is a Senior Product Design Manager at Twilio since September 2024, previously serving as Lead Product Designer at Curology, where efforts emphasized internal tools and e-commerce enhancements. Jess led design initiatives at Eventbrite, including revamping navigation and creator productivity tools, and has a diverse background in freelance design, with a focus on branding and UX. Additional experiences include mentoring UX students at Designlab, serving as Head of Product Design at StudioNow, and contributing as a UX Designer at Asurion, where numerous high-impact projects were successfully delivered.
