Jim Jordan

Jim Jordan is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Twilio, Jim has held multiple roles since joining the company in July 2021, focusing on Platform Compute/OS and Ionic. Prior to Twilio, Jim spent nearly a decade at Ionic Security, overseeing various positions from Senior Product Manager to VP of Engineering, following the company's acquisition by Twilio. Jim's earlier career includes leadership roles at Steelbox, Nortel Networks, and Pharsalia Technologies, as well as engineering positions at Cisco Systems, Scientific Atlanta, and Digital Transmission Systems. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
