Kris Hayes

Kris Hayes currently serves as Regional Vice President of Communications Platform Sales for Retail & Commerce at Twilio, a position held since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Vice President at SAP Concur and as Senior Vice President of North America Account Management and Experience at Sinch. With a strong background at SAP, Kris held the position of Head of Sales and Vice President for the Americas, focusing on mobile messaging and content delivery solutions, and also served as Director of Sales with a focus on customer acquisition. An extensive career at AT&T included leadership roles in sales and account management for large enterprise customers. Kris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a minor in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and has completed several professional development programs, including the AT&T Business Leadership Development Program and certifications in Six Sigma, sales methodologies, and business leadership.
